I met Aine E. Nakamura in Berlin in 2021 when she was at Udk as a guest student, and happened to see her perform. Her voice and the theme of her performance reminded me of my grandmother. After seeing her perform, I had the idea to include her voice in my piece, a piece that would reflect the grandmother I remembered. I asked aine to record some sound material for me, I told her stories about my grandparents, she made five recordings for me, and then I produced this multi-channel piece
I want to present the world as perceived by my grandmother with Alzheimer disease, and her world as perceived by me, the degradation of language, the change of personality, feel her care for me is in a distorted, unique way.

Bauhausgebäude Dessau, Nordflügel und Brücke
Nik Bohnenberger, Li He, Dustin Zorn, Mert Morali - students of the Berlin University of the Arts and the Hanns Eisler School of Music are designing site-specific installations and audio pieces for the north wing of the Bauhaus building for the Bauhausfest 2022 and realizing them with the "Berliner Lautsprecherorchester" - from the loud to the quiet, with costumed sounds from room to room.
