born in Inner Mongolia,China, composer and guitarist whose work explores the intersections of metal, contemporary music, and free improvisation. Her artistic practice focuses on expanding the capabilities of traditional instruments through electronics, transforming them into interactive systems that explore the dynamic relationship between the performer, the instrument, and sound. Her current work on Solo Theater: A Series of Performative Instrumental Works investigates how instruments can be extended into interactive systems, allowing them to function as sensors or controllers that respond to the performer's actions. By transforming instruments into dynamic sound machines, she explores the performative nature of sound and the mutual feedback between the player and the instrument. Her recent appearances include performances at Akademie der Künste, ZKM Karlsruhe and audiovisual work at ManiFeste-2025.
